I will never buy anything there again, over the years I bought three TVs there a refrigerator,2 printer's, 2 laptops blah blah blah last item I bought there was a Brother printer, I was printing up something important and ran out of ink I figured I'd call them since I bought the printer there and get ink, big mistake the ink cost me $20 more than what I paid for the darn printer did you ever hear of that before usually I shop around which I'm sorry I didn't anyway when I called to inquire about it I got transferred and spoke to a lady she told me I could order it pay for it and be able to pick it up at the store when she told me the price was $104 I couldn't believe it I told her that was awful High is there anything less expensive or any coupons I could use well there wasn't anyway like I said I was in a spot so I ordered it figuring with a name like Best Buy I couldn't go wrong I mean so what even if they were $10 dollars more then another store when I complained to the lady about the cost I wish she told me I could have got another brand a lot cheaper I mean a lot cheaper. I can only review the automotive and installation services at this time. Unfortunately service depends entirely on what technician is on at the time. I ordered a new car radio. The tech on duty ordered everything and couldn't figure out how to have it sent to the store so he asked if I would be alright with everything going to my address. No Problem. He also said he was having computer issues and said I would need to schedule the installation myself. I thought no problem, but that was a lot more difficult than expected. Got everything set up finally and took the vehicle for the installation - couldn't do it because one of the parts was incorrect. Rescheduled and waited for the new part. Took the vehicle in for a second try. Tech said he was having problems again with the computer and he would have to reschedule me for a third try. I asked him to keep trying since it is difficult for me to get there and have someone available to pick me up while the work is being completed. He said he wouldn't have time since he had another installation booked right after me. He commented that he would have the same problem with the second installation. Just bought a refrigerator here. They had a vey good selection. The sales person, ALEX, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He let me know about all the options with the purchase and put the transaction through seamlessly. I have been dealing with this location for over 20 years!

I had a great experience with Geek Squad, thanks to Agent Matthew. He was incredibly helpful to my stepdaughters and me when my stepdaughter cracked her laptop screen. The repair was covered under insurance, and he handled everything smoothly from start to finish. While he was working his magic, I took the opportunity to ask a few questions about some other tech issues I’ve been dealing with, and he was more than willing to help. He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend Agent Matthew to anyone in need of tech support. Thank you again!

Absolutely the worst experience in the area. Order product , give them your money and bam !! Just like that you are waiting even longer for a delivery that was already scheduled and prepped for. Had no problem taking the money instantly though. Already waited over a week after placing the order just to be told an hour prior to delivery that it had to be rescheduled, what a freaking joke that is 😂 . Even asked about picking it up and was told the closest store to go pick it up from was almost an hour away, like where on God's green earth is my dryer at and why does nobody who works for best buy know anything? Spoke to 3 different associates and not a single one could answer any question that I was asking. When asking for a supervisor good luck because they won't put you on with one of those. Super frustrating that they don't even try to accommodate for THEIR inconveniences. I'll never put another cent into a best buy and quiet frankly hope that they go bankrupt one day. They don't know how to treat their customers and they have zero answers for anything that arises. Be weary of their schemes.
